About Celestial‑Now
Celestial‑Now is the produce brand of 5 Mountains—grown inside our working, 17,000‑sf hydroponics facility at the One Silk campus in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania. The farm is our living lab: it anchors training, fuels product R&D, supplies local kitchens and families, and creates community jobs and paid learning pathways while proving consistent flavor and supply. Within One Silk, demonstration bays, R&D pods, and production rooms work together so the same methods we teach are the ones we use daily—from seed to harvest, QA to delivery.
